Victor Whiteley
Victor Whiteley is an experienced corporate executive, whose career spans CEO and senior management positions both in Australia and internationally. He has also established his own businesses.
His advisory experience includes mergers, acquisitions, business sales, divestments, business valuations, capital raisings, working with clients ranging from privately-owned Australian top-performers to ASX listed companies and major global organisations.
Victor’s career appointments include top-level management responsibilities with IBM, Honeywell, Unisys, General Electric Mitsui Computer and Nokia.
He has extensive experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications sectors, including Cybersecurity, in addition to his corporate advisory experience.
Vic has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from the University of New South Wales, where he won the Prize for Marketing, is a Registered Business Valuer (Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM)
